Kassem Lahham’s career path spans more than three decades in the financial industry with a deep focus on wealth management, legacy planning, fin-tech, and private banking.
Kassem started his professional journey in Germany, where he was born and raised, and started as a Private Banker advising HNWI clients from scratch for one of the largest German Banks for more than a decade, also out of Switzerland and the UAE.
Armed with deep product knowledge, being fluent in German, French, English and Arabic languages, and with deep relationships and strategy experiences acquired through his long-term banking relationship for the significant Swiss Banks, he proceeded to advise on Financial- & Private Banking businesses for international banking institutions and financial companies in Asia and the GCC.
Kassem is also a Certified German Banking Teacher and holds many Diploma in Economics and Finance from Germany, the USA, and the UK and guest lecturing today for major Universities regularly on Banking, Finance, Wealth Management, Due Diligence processes, and Blockchain themes.

As a former Senior Private Banker, he advised HNWI clients for Deutsche Bank, the largest German bank, for over 14 years, and then for Banque Pictet & Cie and UBS for over 10 years in Switzerland. From 2015 till April 2021, he established and led the Private Banking Department at Emirates Islamic Bank (Emirates ENBD Group), one of the most prominent Islamic banks in the UAE.
As a financial architect with extensive knowledge and experience in finance, wealth management, asset management, legacy- and wealth-planning, and private banking, he advised a very goal-oriented approach to business solutions.
Kassem is a Senior Banking Consultant at Bright Wealth Banking and a FinTech entrepreneur who has carved out a career path that allows him to share his banking and financial expertise with a new generation of investors.
